Scholarship Program

The Taylor Cultural Arts Commission is proud to announce the continuation of our scholarship program for graduating seniors going into art related fields of study. Number of Scholarships: 2
Amount of Scholarship: $500 each
Application Deadline: March 24, 2008
Notification: April 11, 2008

Criteria:

1. You must be a graduating senior.
2. You must be a Taylor resident, but can attend a high school outside the district.
3. You must be entering a field related to the arts including dance, music, theatre, fine arts or any other field related to the arts.
4. You must provide a portfolio, CD or other media of your work.
5. You must maintain at least a 2.5 GPA
6. Three letters of recommendation are required. At least one must be from a teacher in the arts.
7. You must submit a short essay of not more than two pages, which includes information about your goals and ambitions.
8. Submit all documentation and support documentation no later than March 24, 2008 to:
